Denton Auto Salvage is a second-generation family-owned business established in 1965 by twins Larry and Gary Denton. Since that time, the internet and technical advances in automobiles have caused many changes to the auto recycling industry; the recyclers that didn’t adapt are no longer in business. At Denton Auto Salvage, not only have we modernized our facility, we’ve also purchased a second facility just south of Topeka in Carbondale, Kansas.

One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to our customers.  From day one, we have always strived to provide the best customer service available in our industry. Along with providing the best quality parts available, our service is what sets us apart from our competitors. We stand behind our parts quality and customer service, and don’t believe in sacrificing the integrity of our business just to sell a part for cheaper than the guy down the road. We wouldn’t have stayed on top for the last 50 years if we did, and with that as our business model, we plan to be here for at least another 50 years.

In 2000, Steve Denton bought the business from his dad and uncle, and immediately began to upgrade the facilities and grow the business. In 2002, Denton Auto became one of the first facilities in the nation to join Team PRP, a national organization of privately-owned recyclers whose goals and values match our own. Team PRP has since grown to over 140 facilities servicing every major city in every state. If Denton Auto does not have your part in-stock, we can get the part from one of our Team PRP partners with the knowledge that it carries the same warranty and quality that you expect from Denton Auto. Team PRP has a trailer system that covers everywhere from New York to Florida and Texas to Minnesota. This allows us to have almost any part you would ever need available to us in 48 hours.

In 2006, we purchased Autoland Parts in Carbondale to better serve our customers. With our inventory now more-than doubled, we continue to carry late model domestic and foreign auto parts. All of our parts come with a standard 90 day part only warranty. We also sell parts and labor warranties ranging from 1 to 3 years, giving you peace of mind that our parts will last. In the rare event that a part fails during the life of our warranty, you can rest assured that we will stand behind our warranty.

In the event that a used part does not fit your needs, we also provide remanufactured engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and axle assemblies. All of our remanufactured product lines carry the best available parts and labor warranties. We also sell aftermarket sheet metal and OEM surplus parts to satisfy all your part needs.
